All our products are made to order by hand within 2-5 working days depending on the volume of orders to be carried out. If you live in Europe, please allow between 5 and 15 working days from the day your order is received online until the day it arrives at your address.
Estimated delivery time in Europe is 3/10 working days, in the US around 15 working days and everywhere else could be up to 25 working days. We ship with Italian Priority International AirMail and we will email you a confirmation when your package is sent.

All our wall stickers are carefully packed with particolar attention paid to the safety of the contents. We use stiff cardboard tubes that are well sealed because we want to be sure that you receive the object in perfect condition.
We will always email you a confirmation when your package starts shipping, please allow 10 working days for delivery anywhere in Europe (depending on the country of delivery) and up to 25 for everywhere else.
If your order has not been delivered within four weeks after the day you have placed your order, we will require one extra month before we send you a new order so as to allow the initial package to be returned back to our workroom based in Udine, Italy.
If, after this time, your item has still not arrived, we will pursue a claim with Italian Postal Service. In the mean time we will be glad to send you a replacement item, you will however be charged for the replacement and then refunded when the shipped item is recovered. It is extremely rare that any orders go missing and we realise that a late delivery can be disappointing. Therefore please allow 15 working days for Europe and 30 working days for anywhere else before contacting us if you think your order has gone missing.
We really want you to be completly satisfied with our product and service but in the unlikely case that your order arrives damaged we will exchange it. Send us an email explaining what’s wrong to email@example.com to arrange the exchange. Send the damaged item back to us in the state you received it, use an insured registered delivery and keep the receipt in case of any loss or damage in transit. Evergreen Orange does not accept responsibility for returned goods that are lost or damaged.
If your are not completely satisfied with the product, you have 14 days from the day of receiving to return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging, we will promptly exchange the sticker but the shipping costs are not refundable. Evergreen Orange does not offer refunds or accept returns on any product. Customized orders are final and will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
When you place an order on our website your credit card numbers are encrypted via our secure PayPal service, the world’s safest online payment method. We accept all major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, VISA, Delta and American Express via PayPal credit card service, which you can use without the need of having a PayPal account.
